Own Service Desk for all your questions and complete after-sale service
The Service Desk is responsible for ALSO International’s after-sales processes. We are proud of our delivery reliability rate of 99.94%. Naturally, our goal is 100% but, until we have reached that rate, any irregularities that occur from the moment the goods leave our European Distribution Centre (EDC) are handled and resolved by the Service Desk. These irregularities include missing product notifications, transport damage and delivery problems. The Service Desk also handles all return requests (stock rotations, incorrect orders and warranty issues) and if desired, can help you improve or simplify the RMA procedure.
The online RMA form (login required) lets you easily notify us of any irregularities and follow the process until it has been completed successfully. After filling out the RMA form, you can follow the status of your RMA request here (login required).
